We've been in London for 3 full days now and have slowly adjusted to the time change. We have had days of ministry, scripture and preparations for the rest of the summer. The students have quiet time after breakfast, then disciple group time. They have been joining in church activities each morning like children's club, women's bible study and young boy's brigade. We have gone out in groups a few afternoons for prayer walks. We split into small teams and pray for the community and streets we pass. As we do this, we pass out flyers for the special Sunday night service that we will be putting on for the community.
Sunday night, we will be leading worship and the students will be performing their dances, dramas and puppet shows. Also, we have a Christian band that met up with us for our week here in London, Anchor of Hope. They will be playing some songs at the service and putting on a concert on Tuesday.
Yesterday afternoon, we had the priviledge of sharing a traditional afternoon English tea with the elders of the church. The ladies went ALL OUT! It was a great experience for all parties.

Full table of tea cakes and cucumber sandwiches

Another full buffet of chocolate, lemon and pound cakes, scones, jelly bread and marshmellow cake
