Teachings

A couple times each day, we all gather for a teaching. During senior staff week we did some personality profiling with our team. For summer staff week, there were talks on leadership, forgiveness, discipling, attitude, discipline and more. This week, student week, the talks are about encouragment, faith-not feelings, personal growth and more.

The students are slowly getting in the groove of training camp, the intense schedule and getting to know each other. I've been teaching each disciple group that I assigned to cook each meal. Slowly they will start to own that more, and I'll be buying the food and planning the meals when overseas. Rainer and I both have been busy shuffling the team around from worship, to skill groups, to team time, etc. Rainer starts his financial responsibilities today.
